If you have never had the pleasure of visiting the Windy City of Chicago Illinois, then now is the time to pack up the wife and the kids and head on over to one of my favorite cities in the United States. If you are going to see all the incredible sites that the city has to offer like the Chicago Cubs Stadium or the Sears Tower, which just installed a brand new glass observatory, then you are going to need to get around, which can be a real hassle in any big city.

Luckily, airport car rental in Chicago’s O’Hare airport is one of the easiest and nicest car rental hubs in the United States. O’Hare airport is 20 miles outside of the downtown area, so unless you are willing to pay a pretty high fee for cab service, I would highly recommend renting a car from the airport as soon as you get into town.

Typically speaking you can get rent a car in the O’Hare airport in as little as 60 seconds, or if have the foresight, you can always rent a car as part of your airline ticket package which can save you a pretty decent chunk of change. Personally I would highly recommend Budget rent-a-car. Ever time I have been to Chicago in the last 6 years, the folks at Budget at the O’Hare airport car rental have always treated me with respect and procured a reliable ride quicker than anywhere else I have ever traveled to.

Now really is the time to visit Chicago if you have never been or have been wanting to come back. With a little bit of planning, the tickets have never been cheaper, and the sites have never been more beautiful!
