Earlier this year, I took a trip to Chicago with my sister for three days. My sister and I live in different states, so even though we talk on the phone almost every single day, we don’t get a chance to see each other in person as often as we would like. However, over the last four or five years, we have started our own tradition of making sure that we get a chance to take a trip together at least once a year.

For our trip this year, we chose Chicago because of their shopping, dining and nightlife. We are both single women in our mid-twenties, so we love to go out and have a great time together. During our three days in Chicago, we had a really fun schedule planned out. During the day, we would go shopping at one of Chicago’s many great locations for shopping, including The Magnificent Mile and Oak Street. Then at night, we would get all dressed up to go out and head out for a delicious dinner. Once we finished dinner, we went out and enjoyed the great nightlife that Chicago has to offer.
